First I would like to include some information about our american flag and how it came about. In the British colonies of North America before the Revolution, each of the 13 colonies had its flag. On Jan. 2, 1776, the first flag of the United States was raised at Cambridge, Mass., by George Washington. Known as the Grand Union flag, it consisted of 13 stripes, alternate red and white, with a blue canton bearing the crosses of St. George and St. Andrew. Congress, on June 14, 1777, enacted a resolution â€Å"that the Flag of the United States be 13 stripes alternate red and white, that the Union be 13 stars white in a blue field representing a new constellation.† On Jan. 13, 1794, Vermont and Kentucky having been admitted to the Union, Congress added a stripe and a star for each state. Congress in 1818 enacted that the 13 stripes, denoting the 13 original colonies, be restored and a star added to the blue canton for each state after its admission to the Union. All of the state s and territories of the United States also have their own flags. Betsy Ross created the first flag. Betsy would often tell her children, grandchildren, relatives, and friends of the fateful day when three members of a secret committee from the Continental Congress came to call upon her. To resolve the issue of the window of vulnerability (WoV), we would need to get the patch from Microsoft. According to Microsoft, it will take up to 3 days for the patch to be available. Then, we would need additional time to download and test the patch to make sure that this is what is needed to fix the security breach on the SMB server. After doing the testing, the IT department would need time to install the patch onto the servers and deploy to the client computers. This will take 2 days to do, depending on the IT staff, if they work on weekends will determine the completion date. Meaning, if they will work on the weekend, then the deployment to all computers and servers will be done by that Sunday. If not, then it will be the following Tuesday. So, the time that is needed would be a week. To recap, the security breach was reported on a Friday. On Monday, looked on Microsoft’s website to see when the patch would be released, and it indicated that it would take 3 days for it to be available. Counting Monday, 3 days would be, Wednesday. Depending on the time that the patch is released on Wednesday, would need an additional 2 days to download and test the patch before deploying, if early Wednesday, then Thursday to test. But if it comes late Wednesday, then it would take Thursday and Friday to test. Then that would leave the weekend, if the IT staff would work on the weekend. But if not, then it is going to restart on Monday and complete on Tuesday.

Baptism is such a significant moment in the life of a believer it should be celebrated with friends and family. A party with balloons, cake and champaign (sparkling cider) should follow in order to celebrate that someone has just gone from death to life. Baptism is not a moment of having it all together or having achieved an inability to sin, rather it is identification with Christ’s death and resurrection. It marks a profession of faith and commitment to follow Christ. Baptism is a part of the journey for every follower of Jesus. What is baptism all about? Baptism is an outward sign of an inward commitment to Christ. Just like a couple wears a wedding ring as a symbol of their commitment to one another, so is baptism. Thereby, marking a life-long commitment to Jesus and the church. Baptism first shows up in scripture with John the Baptist calling people to turn from their sins and turn to God.
